Carrot Raita recipe


Carrot Raita recipe|
 Gajar ka raita










Ingredient:

2 cup thick plain curd/dahi
¾ cup grated carrot
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp powder sugar
2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander/cilantro
Salt to taste(add black salt also)

Method:

 

1.Add 3tbsp water in grated carrot.
2.Blanch the grated carrot in pressure cooker/oven for 5 mins.
3.Beat curd until it becomes smooth.
4.Add blanched carrot and mix well.
5.Add sugar,pepper and salt and mix well.
6.Add fresh coriander and mix. Well.
Serve……….
