Matar-Mithi Korma


Matar-Mithi Korma



 
 
Ingredient:
1 cup boiled peas(Matar)
1 ½ cup Fenugreek leaves(methi leaves)
2 puree onion
½ cup tomato puree
1 tsp ginger paste
½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp fresh cream (I used malai)
½ cup milk
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1.Heat the pan and add oil.
2.Add onion puree in the oil and saute for 2 mins.
3.Add ginger paste in the pan and saute for 5 mins.
4.Add tomato paste in pan and fry for 4 mins.
5.Add peas and fenugreek leaves in pan and mix well.
6. Add garam masala , haldi, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
7.Add milk in pan and cook for 3 mins .
8.Add cream and cook for 5 mins thn switch off the flam.
Serve with butter naan or chapati.

                                                  Add matar in the cooked tomato.

                                           Add methi and mix well.

                                      Add all spices.

                                         Add milk and cook for 5 mins.

                                          
                                        Add cream amd cook for another 5 mins

                                  Cooked korma
