4 slice white bread/ wheat bread
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped tomato
½ cup chopped capsicum(red ,yellow,green)
4 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chilli flax
Salt to taste
½ cup grated cheese
1.First, spread the tomato sauce on the bread slice.
2.Spread all veggies on bread slice.
3.Sprinkle Italian seasoning,pepper , chilli flax and salt.
4.Heat the pan.
5.Spread the grated cheese on the bread slice.
6.When pan became hot ,place the bread slice in the pan and cover with lid.
7.Cook on low flam for 5-7 mins.
Serve hot ………………………….
you can bake at 180C for 6-7 mins.
you can add any other veggies of your choice
