Eggless Carrot Muffin (no butter)

Eggless Carrot Muffin

¾ cup maida/ all purpose flour
¼ cup wheat flour
½ Cup Grated Carrot
¾ cup Curd (Fat free/ Low fat)
¼ cup oil (olive oil / canola oil)
½ cup powder sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ chopped walnuts

1.In a bowl,add maida, wheat flour,cinnamon powder,baking powder , baking soda and mix it.
2.In a another bowl,add curd,milk,oil, powder sugar and mix for 2 mins.
3.Add grated carrot and mix it well.
4.Add vanilla essence and mix it.
5.flour mixture and mix well.
6.Preheat the oven at180C.
7.Pour 1 ½ tbsp mixture in muffin cups.
8.Add some chopped nuts on muffin batter.
9.Bake for 20-25 mins at 180C.
Serve it.
