Bread idli




Bread idli










Ingredient:
3 bread slice (white or brown bread)
3 boiled potato
½ tsp red chilli
½ dry coriander
½ chaat masala
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tbsp  chopped fresh coriander
1 chopped green chilli
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
For tempting
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp red chilli powder
5-7 curry leaves



Method.
1.firstly peel and masged the boiled potato
2.In a mixing bowl, add mashed potato,chopped green chilly, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala , chopped fresh coriander and salt and mix it well.
3.Now cut the bread with round cookies cutter / sharp bowl
4.Now Spread the potato mixture in the bread slice.
5.Heat a pan and spread 1 tsp oil on the pan.
6.Place this bread slice on hot pan and fry from both side till golden brown.
7.Add hung curd in the bowl and mix well.
8.heat a small pan and add 1 tsp oil.
9. when oil become hot ,add mustard seeds, curry leave and red chilli powder and add this to the hung curd mix well.
10.Serve this crispy bread idli with tempered curd.


Note:
you can  add ginger paste in the potato mixture
you can use brown bread instead of white bread.


                                              Add potato, fresh coriander, green chill, red chilli powder,chaat masala, dry coriander powder and salt and mix well.
'
                                            cut with cookies cutter.

                                          spread potato mixture over the bread slice.

                                            fry it.

                                         crispy idli.

                                       mix hung curd.
