Butter Paneer / Restaurant Style Butter Paneer




Butter Paneer / Makhani Paneer/ Restaurant Style Butter Paneer

















Ingredient:

250gm paneer (cut into triangle shape)

2 onion (grind into fine paste)

4 tomato

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 bay leaf

4 cardamom

2 clove

1 inch stick cinnamon

½ tsp cumin seeds powder

1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp dry coriander powder

16-18 cashew

1 tsp dry fenugreek leave/kasuri methi

½ cup fresh cream

1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander / cilantro

4 tbsp butter

Salt to taste






Method:

1.firstly , cut the plus sign on the top of the tomato as

 show in the photo. Heat the water in the pan, when 

water became hot add for 2 mins than transfer into 

the chill water .After 2 min Peel the skin of tomato and

roughly chopped it and grind into a fine paste .

2.Soak the cashew into hot water for 1 hour then 

grind into a fine paste with help of some water.

3.Heat the butter in the pan.

4.Add, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf and stir it.

5.Add onion paste and sauté for 5-10 mins .

6.Now , add ginger garlic paste and cook for another  3 mins.

7.Add tomato puree and mix it well and cook till oil separate.

8.Add red chilly powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix it well.

9.Now add cashew paste and cook for 3 mins .

10.Add 1 ½ cup water and stir it .

11.Add kasuri methi and cook for 5 mins.

12.Now add salt and  fresh cream and mix it well.

13.Add paneer and stir it.

14.Now add some chopped coriander  and mix it.

Serve it with butter naan
